Some people might find it less intense that the average rosemary, but we prefer it this way. Stronger doesn’t always mean better!
Hand-harvested at the peak of their potency on a family farm in the mountains of Epirus in Greece, DC’s rosemary leaves are thick, bold and beautiful with a pleasant piney flavor. Use them to aromatize pork, lamb or chicken. They are delicious with fish and roasted vegetables.
