A set for herbal tea lovers in festive packaging and a gift that you can brew in the teapot or cook in the pot. This is a good gift for those who appreciate good food but don’t cook often. A selection of handcrafted herbs meant to help you “think out of the box” about your herbs and spices.

Herbal Teas Gift Set contains the following four products:

    1. Sweet Peppermint (12g/0.42oz)

Daphnis & Chloe's sweet and refreshing peppermint comes from Ancient Olympia, from an organic farm located in the area where, according to the myth, the nymph Minthe was transformed into the homonymous herb. You can use these carefully picked leaves in cooking, as well as rub them into fruit juices or infuse them.

    2. Fragrant Fennel Seeds (50g/1.76oz)

Daphnis & Chloe's fennel seeds come from a young farmer near Pelion, who sells most of his production to distillers of the typical tsipouro spirit. These warm, pleasantly fresh fennel seeds have a delicious anice-licorice aroma that pairs well with both sweet and savory dishes. Good with fish and seafood, leeks, porks and cakes.

    3. Unique Greek Sage (12g/0.42oz)

Produced on a small farm in Crete, our balsamic sage belongs to the pomifera variety whose culinary use dates back to the Minoan times. This sophisticated herb is good with legumes, pork or even ice cream. Infuse a few leaves in hot water to taste one of the most popular winter tisanes of Greece!

    4. Pennyroyal Mint (14g/0.5oz)

The sweet, highly aromatic European pennyroyal had an important role in the cuisine of the ancient Greeks and Romans. Although its culinary use dwindled during the Medieval era, today, it is still used in tea brews. Use in small quantities to give an edgy, sweet flavor that recalls spearmint to your stews, soups, boiled salads or sweets.
