Agourolado High Phenolic Olive Oil from Crete
Enjoy our very own single-source, high phenolic early harvest extra virgin olive oil from Crete, Greece, straight from the Fall 2020 harvest. This small batch has been produced by Gregory Pappas and Agamemnon Polyzois, proprietors of Olive Grove Market, as an ode to their ancestors who hail from Crete.
This unique olive oil was produced from unripe olives that were harvested in September 2020 from the farm of Giorgos Poulakas in Varipetro, outside Chania. Agourolado High-Phenolic Early Harvest Olive Oil from Crete is certified high-phenolic by Food Allergens Laboratory in Rethymnon, Crete, with 1195 mg/kg of Oleocanthal and Oleacein and 697.3 mg/kg of total polyphenols.
